Everyone – please give a warm welcome to the newest member of the Global Homes Group team – John Chism!

 

John joins the team with a ton of local knowledge and experience. You see, he grew up on Bone Camp Road and lived there his entire life until college. So if you’re considering Tuscaloosa as a home, or a home in Tuscaloosa – talk to John because this area is truly his home.

 

He had an amazing childhood, has a best friend brother, 2 amazing parents, and a ton of talents in things like playing the guitar and the drums. In fact he was on the drum line in high school. Plenty of real estate agents struggle with multiple projects, contracts, and elements to the business. That isn’t a problem for John seeing as how he can plan an instrument while moving with a band going on around him. Managing inspections, counter-offers, and closings is quite literally a walk in the park.

 

But a little more about our newest ream realtor – he’s got goals and vision. After high school, he attended UWA in Livingston for a bit but finished his final 2 years at the University of South Alabama, majoring in business management.

 

Which is where we are today – an educated, talented real estate professional who is obsessed with the business. His goals are to win every transaction for his clients, grow in his industry knowledge (he never stops learning), and build a life in real estate right here in his hometown.
